In reply to Theresa. I haven't personally tried it, so if you do, let me know how it goes! I think it would probably work, though the cooking time would likely be shorter since muffins are smaller than a loaf.

Delicious!! I made a few adjustments though. I only had a box of the cook pudding, and I really just wanted to get rid of it, so I used it. I ended up only using 1 cup of 1-1 gluten free flour, and added 1/2 cup olive oil since it was super dry. I didn’t have chocolate chips on hand so half of them I made just chocolate, and the other half I threw in some Skor bits! Still cooked for 8 minutes. 🙂

so delicious! i made lemon curd and was looking for a recipe to use it. this was it! i used lemon cake mix. i also used stabilized whipping cream, worked well. can’t wait to share the cake!

Excited to try this. When I was at WVU we would use frozen dinner rolls. Let them thaw, roll them out, load the pepperoni, some cheese, and roll them up. Bake as directed. We have used sticks and sliced pepperoni, but we stuffed our rolls. The grease soaks into the bread and it is great.

Hi Brenda – I absolutely did use Bluehost for about 2 years when I started blogging, before my website grew to a point where it needed a dedicated team. I signed up with Bluehost on my own and used it long before I was invited to join their affiliate program. I recommend Bluehost for new bloggers because that is what I used and in my opinion is the best value when you’re getting started and are on a budget.

There are other options I would imagine, if you’re looking for more of an online journal. But I am not familiar with those so I can’t recommend anything specific.

I just want to know if this bluehost and WordPress is what you would use if you’re not trying to make money on blogging?? I have a pain disease and am mostly homebound no friends except a few on Facebook, I wanted to start a blog to help me have something to do and just get my feelings out.
